Custom Rx is fantastic. Doc sends the prescription. Custom Rx texts me to ask for the green light to GO, since my prescription is customized just for me. Then, they text me to let me know when prescription is ready. Every time I arrive to pick up my prescription, I am taken care of by the nicest ladies. Every time!

I’ve been prescribed progesterone injections for during my pregnancy and was running into some issues with them, not any issues due to FW Custom RX but simply because these injections are difficult! If you know you know. I called for a refill and also was seeking advice on what my husband and I could be doing differently. The pharmacist Austin was very helpful in offering tips and solutions for the issues we were experiencing and I appreciated him taking the time to talk with me about it. I’ve only had a couple interactions with the staff here so far, but have been happy with my experience. Everyone has been kind and helpful.

I didn’t know there was an expiration date and ordered the second dose way before the first date was empty as I didn’t want to run out. The second dose became ineffective as it had expired which we saw on the label when I was going to order the third dose. Overall helps and your service was great.

My vet sent in a prescription for my cat. To meet his needs, it had to be compounded and flavored in a way that was easy to give to him. Fort Wayne Custom Rx was quick to notify me that they had the prescription, make it, and then notify me again when it was ready for pick up. The whole process was very easy. My cat has gotten much better. It has made a world of difference for not only him, but for us too. Thank you Fort Wayne Custom Rx for everything you do! I would highly recommend them!!

Good customer service and communication. Staff was very helpful when I picked up my prescription, they were able to explain dosage and usage details. Very friendly personnel, and pharmacist was available to answer questions. There was just a two day wait time for a compounded RX, very happy overall.

EXCELLENT and I mean EXCELLENT service from the team at Fort Wayne Custom Rx! Someone referred them to us and I’m so glad they did. They answered promptly, listened to my needs, helped me make the right choice for my situation, had my prescription ready quickly, texted me when it was ready to be picked up, and when I got there they answered my questions and checked me out in a timely fashion. I don’t usually do reviews but my experience with Fort Wayne Custom RX was so good I had to share. I had called simply to get a price quote on a medication I need. The pharmacist I talked to was so friendly and helpful. I got a quote on the spot and then messaged my doctor. In less than an hour the pharmacist personally called me back to let me know they received the script. A short time later I received a text that it was ready for pickup. I had been getting this from a distant mail order pharmacy so it was very refreshing to get this fantastic service and a better price from a local business. Thank you FW Customer RX!
